On 2/24/2022 I purchased a skirt set from daichiantonio.com (Order #****)I used Afterpay as my method of payment, the last installment payment with Afterpay was on 4/7/2023on March 20th the merchant asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said YESafter serveral back and forth emails and DMs about me asking when will my refund be processed, ***** Antonio just continued to give me the run aroundhere we are over 2 months later since I placed the order and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $211.32 REFUND NOR HAVE I RECEIVED THE ***** ORDERED!!! Ive also filed a report with the ************************ because this is unacceptable business practices!!!Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on Feb 4th for a skirt and shirt in the amount of $237.94. I received a tracking number on Feb 28th that’s been in pre shipment meaning the package never shipped. I’ve reached out to the business via email and direct message on Instagram and have been told several different things. First it was it’s about to be shipped then it was shipped and stuck in ** *****. It’s been over a month and the tracking hasn’t updated. I contacted the post office and was told the package was never shipped which is why it shows pre shipment. Once I asked the business she stopped responding and hasn’t responded in weeks.Customer response

Between the dates of 6/26/2022 and 7/26/2022 I commissioned Daichi (via the owner Kanesha R*******) to custom make a dress for me for a total of $410. The dress was received on 7/29/2022 but was made incorrectly. After a text conversation with the merchant, I sent the dress back to her on 8/7/2022 and she confirmed on 8/10/2022 that she has received it. I inquired about it on 8/27 and she said that the dress had been fixed and she would mail it back to me the following week. I was unable to reach the merchant during the month of September. On 10/4 she responded that she had mailed the dress. I asked repeatedly for a tracking number for the package. I have been unable to reach her via phone, email, or texts. As of today, 11/4, I have no idea if the package was truly ever mailed, if the dress was corrected, or when I will receive it. After several attempts I finally sent the attached message to which she responded "i understand" but had not given me any indication that I will actually receive the dress or get a refund. I have tried calling several times and have been unsuccessful in reaching her.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/12/16) */ ***** ***** was a return customer for years. During the process of this order she stated she was a Medium up top and A Large at the bottom. I proceeded to make the dress pertaining to those details. The dress was not made incorrectly she just could not fit the top as the top was made for a size medium. We decided to have her do her measurements in order to remake the dress, the dress was never going to be fixed I cannot fox something that was too small. She ended up sending me measurements that she got taken somewhere that were a 42" Bust and 39.5" waist which would be L/XL depending on fabric. We never discussed a refund. ***** has since received the re made custom dress and a refund because she disputed it with her bank. The money was taken out of my account and she's saying that she didn't get it. Remaking a design and putting that order line with other orders is a lot of work . The most appalling part of this is her stating the dress was made incorrectly when in all actually she said she was a medium and she's not. So there I'm purchasing fabric all over again and time invested.
