Here's how it started, during ice storm my heat pump made a funny noise, I called my home warranty company and they sent out Cocina solutions. After the tech went over the system the assessment was had some ice build up causing imbalance. Made sense since when we turned system on it ran great. He checked everything ,Air handler in attic and outside unit. Said system was fine. I gave him my check for service call. And the next day i go email from my home warranty company saying they denied my claim, And proceeded list items that were bad .And if i didn't have them fixed it would void my warranty on AC system through them, So called cocina and talked to Jose he said they had problem with that tech and released him. He agreed and said they would either send my original check back or refund my service fee, And email my home warranty and explain nothing wrong . After not receiving my check i called weekly and was told its on its way, That was almost 2 months ago And nothing. I decided to go visit the address they had listed on website, Turns out it was and abandoned old taco stand. I assuming they use it as Biz address and work from home. I have made repeated attempts to retrieve my check and no luck no call backs or anything. My home warranty people said no email has come from them.
