  I purchased a 1965 **** Mustang VIN# 5F07T353474 from *********************** of Oldman Classics LLC in ********, ***** on 3/27/2024. The vehicle was delivered to me by ************************ on 3/29/2024. *********************** had claimed the ************************************************************** running and driving condition. Photographs were sent to me, and the said vehicle looked to be in good condition. When the transport company arrived at 9:50 pm in **************, ************** the left rear hubcap was missing from the 1965 Mustang. I met the transport company on a Lowes grocery store parking lot as the transporter claimed he could not get his truck and trailer in a residential area. When I went to drive the 1965 Mustang home about 1/4 mile, I found that the brakes were very weak at best and the power steering was not operable. My wife followed me home and told me once arriving home that I had no taillights, only one brake light and no license plate light. As I rounded the corner to the street in our neighborhood the drivers side door popped open. After closer examination of the 1965 Mustang on the morning of 3/30/2024 we notice that the windshield was severely scratched, the power steering had leaked all the fluid from the reservoir, the paint is of poor quality and finish, the doors will not stay latched and have to be slammed hard to close them, the carpet has burn marks, the side windows are very difficult to roll up and down, the console is pitted and corroded and the horn button on the steering wheel is pitted and peeling chrome. The rear frame behind is rusted through, deeming it not structurally safe to drive. The Mustang came with a title from Jonesboro Louisiana made out to Hot Rods Restorations LLC. The title was not transferred to Oldman Classics LLC or was it transferred to me and notarized at the time of sale. The Bill of Sale is handwritten. It must be on a legal Texas State Bill of Sale issued template with ALL pertinent and required information.
