I am an EAST ** HVAC technician > 20yrs and have purchased "Several" AC units from JohnStone in ********, ** - which is now no longer open. I have made several contacts to JohnStone Supply ** for assistance for warranting a part for my customer. Reached out to the ********************** office, travelled 150 mi to show up and then referred to the *************, ** office (34mi away). Arrived, again explained- confirmed the warranty of equipment. Informed that "the equipment" was not purchased "here" this location, "I would need to re-purchase" part and then "I" would be "reimburse (if/when) the company received reimbursement. How do I now continue service to my customers. What to do with the "next" warranty issue? How and why would you NOT honor your COMPANY's equipment? VERY Displeased HVAC tech - it's toooooo HOT for this Foolishness - PLEASE ASSIST with this matter. Requesting contact from JOHNSTONE re matter, Replacement of warranted part and communication of recommendation going forward re: future warranty settlement. Thank you./fb
