              I received a bill from the company after paying in full as self pay. I have the signed documents stating I pay d in full and received a discount from the office manager. When I spoke to one of the billing reps I was told they had to figure out if I still have a balance since they don't know if I was given the correct amount on the forms they had me sign.y husband also came in to this office and was told his insurance would not pay for his treatment but when he called back with his insurance on the phone he was informed by the insurance that it is covered. The office is giving out incorrect billing information and taking advantage of the patients in need of treatment. I had a dental emergency since my tooth broke so I paid the amount but after all of these issues, I believe they may have overcharged me and now I even have a bill.

              The Dentist was very professional, polite and gentle. The office manager is somewhat questionable she has the following qualities; Arrogance Argues with clients Wants to have the final word despite being wrong. I was told if I join the their "Savings Plan" for $39 I would get 25% discount on my procedure. As the math was in my favor I accepted the "Savings Plan" and was disappointed by the amount she calculated on my procedure. I tried showing her the numbers on the phone calculator, she didn't want to see or hear my logic. If you want to be ripped off please go to Aspen Dental in ***** ***** for your dental needs. I also complained to Headquarters in ******** ** without any success. ******* C never called back.
