Change your staff at ***********! They are sooo rude and unprofessional.

We paid over &70 for our girls to play- a huge price increase from out last visit. As we were checking out I watched a lady walk in with her tennis shoes- and numerous people walked out with their shoes on. When ******* mentioned having to wear socks in I told her the ********* and other guests walked in and out with shoes. She has visibly annoyed at me for saying this. I have never worn socks and I have been there numerous time. When we were about to go in, ******* demanded me to put socks on (that I just purchased- I obviously would wear them if I paid for them) I told her I would at the table and she started an argument/scene in front of everyone. Very bossy and loud- with a lot snarkiness. It really upset our oldest grand daughter and ruined our outing. We were never allowed into Kids Empire. I immediately emailed for a refund.

I would strongly advise people to find another place to host a birthday party. They are not worth the money. On 3/7 I walked into the establishment and paid $150 to reserve a birthday party for 2 children to take place on 3/12 at 530pm. On 3/10 a staff member called me to confirm the party date and the birthdate of each child. One of the children's birthdate is 3/11 and somehow my party got set for 3/11. When my guests and I showed up on 3/12, I was told that I booked for 3/11 and apparently lost my deposit. Someone at the establishment clearly made a huge mistake and they were blaming me for the mix up. None of the staff that handled the booking would take responsibility for the mistake. I was offered to walk away with nothing or pay another $150 on top of the remaining balance of $253. In addition, I was referred to corporate about the deposit I paid the first time so I never got it back. What should have cost me $400 ended up costing me $550, they basically got an extra $150 from me.The staff were rude, lazy, not helpful and disorganized. Spend your money elsewhere.

Nice giant jungle gym but that's all. The manager Patrick in the Mesquite Texas location is extremely rude and talks to customers and party guest with literally no respect. For that reason I would not come back or recommend this particular location. One of our party guest put their shoes on to leave the building which others in the place were doing. He approached our party guest and said "hey if u got your shoes on you got to go. So we responded ok we're leaving now, and he said SO GO!" I know children with more manners then Patrick the manager. I honestly feel it was race driven because others with shoes on to leave were being over looked. I'll be calling corporate office on this man smh he should be ashamed talking to peoples party guest with no respect ruined the whole event of or me.
