Okay, on 07/30/2022, ****** * ******** did contact J. Cole Handy Services, a contractor to put gutters over my front porch. We agreed on a price of $181.00 to complete the job. Well, she and her son came out here to my house on/ or about the 31st of July to do the job that we agreed on, she did not complete the job and the gutters are not secured to the porch wall. I called her on the 1st of August to ask her to come back and complete this job. She told me she would call me to set up a time to come back out. Well, she never called, I contacted Angi services the company that recommended her to me, and I have been in contact with Mr. Tyler E****, about this company and he contacted her. She told him she would come out and fix the problem... She never showed up, me and Mr. E**** has e-mailed back and forth about this matter since the 15th of August. She was supposed to give me a partial refund of $90.50 and she has not even done that. In the last e-mail I got he said he had banned her from getting any more referrals from Angi and took her company's name off the list of future jobs that they could give her.
