Sunnyvale Primary Care opened up about 1.5 year ago since the beginning they promised big things and a great future. The owners *** & ***** have another clinic called Vascular Health Institute located in Garland,TX which from what I've heard they do SO MUCH prohibited activities that are not HIPAA or OSHA compliant. Until this day we haven't had an OSHA inspection because we WOULD NOT pass. They try to push everything under the rug. & so today they decied to send us a message stating they were NOT going to pay me on pay day, per the employer "they don't have ANY funds to pay the employees." I have attached the screenshots of the conversation. They expect us to continue to go to work without being paid. They continue to blame us because our clinic is not earning enough money to basically pay us. The provider there (Dr.Kambhampaty) continuously calls into work and they expect us to still earn money without seeing patients??? They have also cut off our insurance without letting the employees know 3 times in the past year. & they always blame the insurance company. I am tired of being treated unfairly when I KNOW im a good employee and I DO NOT deserve this.Business response
