      They post cars online for a low price, but you find out later that they sold the car after inquiring about the vehicle. I asked specific questions such as is the car certified, they would evade and after a couple days finally admit its not certified. Same with asking the availability. They just want to pressure you to come in and test drive so they can sell a car that isnt as big of a deal as advertised or something that has less of a deal. They also hide add-ons. They are unethical and I sure hope every Mazda rusts on their lot. You reap what you sow, I hope this dealership goes bankrupt. Bunch of crooks.

      4/5/2022 Review I took some time before proceeding to write this report. I was looking to lease a 2022 Mazda CX-6 from Metro Mazda mesquite. I live in North Dallas. Gas prices are high and I've found that most dealerships will waste your time so I do as much as I can over the phone. I received a quote, it was higher than I was comfortable with. We negotiated and came to a deal. Naturally they are trying to sell a car and I'm trying to buy so they asked me to come in same day even though I'd be coming at closing time but was told the paperwork would be ready. This was April 5, 2022. I get there and they ran my credit, no issues there as I have excellent credit. We proceed to the paperwork and you have to be very vigilant (DO NOT SIGN WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE NUMBERS). You're not buying a box of cereal, this is a $30k asset. The finance guy is already annoyed that I insist on looking at all the numbers before I sign. Mind you they are on his computer so I have to look over his shoulder since he refused to print them. Anyway, I am so happy I did because the numbers did not line up with the quote. They added $3000 unaccounted for. My salesperson is conveniently gone for the day. They would not change it to match the quote. I walked away from the deal. It took days of me calling them and then finally I was connected with the Customer Experience person. They looked into it and advised they gave the best deal they could buttttt fell short of acknowledging the paperwork was no aligning with the numbers agreed to--again $3000 higher. That was the entire hang up, I had a quote and the paperwork did not match the quote. I'd send them a copy of the agreed quote given to me. They wasted my time, gas, ran my credit for nothing, and tried to get away with a lease agreement with a higher residual value baked in than what they told me it would be. This is not an honest dealership. Buyer beware.

      This is my second time leaving a review about this dealership . When I purchased my car in 2020 I begged them multiple and countless times to send me copies of my signed contract and every time I called them they gave me the run around ! Till date I haven't gotten my copies so i had to get it from the bank I financed it from 3-4 months ago . In May of this year the car was totaled and on July 2 I personally went to the stupid dealership to cancel my warranty so the check could be applied to my remaining balance . I signed paper work and was given a receipt and my boyfriend was a witness and I still have the receipt. Just for me to call the warranty company yesterday 08/2 a month later and they are telling me that these idiots at Mazda NEVER sent my cancellation over . I really need to know what their problem is !! They don't do their job and they are very unprofessional. I am honestly very fed up of this dealership and their ******** . All they need to do is to send over my **** cancellation so i can be done with them . Its that too much to ask for ?? How many bad reviews do I need to write for these people to get their **** together >
