      I ordered a sweatshirt from this company, but had to return it because it didn't fit. I understood that the only option was receive an exchange (refund was not offered). So, they sent me a return code that did not work. I've contacted them via text message, voice mail, snail mail, and on their ******** page, but they've never responded. At this point, after exhausting all options to communicate with this company, I would prefer a refund instead of an exchange. I noticed the company has an "F" rating, and I can see why! Thank you for any help in resolving this. I will also contact my credit card company to see if they can help.

      I ordered a t-shirt that was not the right size and was completely see through. I paid to return the shirt and have contacted the company to get a different shirt shipped to me since they do not offer you your money back. I also emailed the company and asked if I needed to pay shipping for the 2nd shirt to be sent to me & they will not respond. They have no phone number to contact them in person. My original order # is: *****. I also received an email from the company letting me know they received my return.

      I placed an order on November 10, 2020 for a sweatshirt. I received the item on November 16, 2020 and gave it to someone as a gift. When worn, the image is grossly misplaced and falls mid to lower bust making it awkward and unusable. I contacted Sunfire Tees by email and ******** ********* on December 8th, 12th, 15th, 27th, and January 6th and did not receive a response. I politely commented on one of their ******** image updates to ask the best way to reach them and was provided the same email address I had already used. I had responded that I had sent a message there twice, along with the ******** ********* messages and asked that they let me know if I should resend my message or if it was in their inbox. I then received an email that simply said "Please send a picture of the shirt" to which I immediately did, along with providing a side by side image of the purchased item next to what is shown on their website. In that image, I provided markings to show the difference in placement. I received this reply: "That is the proper placement. That design will always be along the bust due to the size of the L. Actually all of my are placed at bust level." This is unsatisfactory since numerous references for imprint placement indicate that is too low for placement, including the very example they provide on their own website. Since that reply, Sunfire Tees has not responded to my additional correspondence and has since blocked me from further interactions with their ******** page. This is extremely unprofessional and concerns me that this is the way they treat their customers. Their lack of communication is a huge indicator of the kind of service they offer, and then to completely dismiss my issue along with blocking me from their ******** page shows they lack integrity completely. She has also since deleted the post I had commented on, which finally got me a response.
