They charged us for a shipping and handling fee of 33.75 plus tax for that fee and we were never told there would be a shipping and handling fee., we want a refund of the 33.75 and tax on that amount in full. We have posted a negative review on google about them as follows, this explains the situation in detail as well. Horrible Customer Service, Indifferent to customers, don't care to address issues they have with customers. We called and need 10 fittings, they did not have them all, asked us if we wanted them to get everything from another store that was needed, they never said that this would be an additional charge to do this, we have had this done at other supply houses and have never been charged. If there is a charge tell the customer up front and we could have made a decision if we wanted to have that done or not, but instead they said nothing and then hid the charge on the invoice so well it was extremely difficult for us to find out why they bill was so high. We called back when we discovered the issue and the person said it is what it is, we asked if it was policy that they tell the customer first, and they said yes, but even though they did not, it just is what it is, the charge still stands. we will never do business with this company again and we would recommend you not either, and if you do it would be our recommendation that you ask everything up front, you will have to do their job, because they will not. Sad, now we know why this is not a very popular company in the industry. Horrible company, STAY AWAY.
