I engaged with the business approximately four months ago due to my car needing a new transmission. The initial interaction with a person named **** was positive, and he quoted me a price of $4,200 for a brand new transmission. After some delay in providing the cash, I was surprised to find out that work had already started on the car without my permission because when I brought in the money they handed me the keys and said it was ready. The same day after driving it, I encountered issues again. The car had to be towed back to the shop, and communication from the business became non-existent. When I questioned **** about the lack of updates, he became defensive and mentioned his years of experience in the industry. Despite my frustrations, I wrote a negative review and spoke to *****, who explained that a specific part from ****** was needed for the transmission to work properly.After waiting like almost two weeks for the repair to be completed, I received the car back with pedal issues. ***** assured me that the car just needed time to adjust to the new transmission. However, the problems persisted, leading to another breakdown. The car was towed back to the shop a second time within like a month and a half or two months, despite promises of it being fixed, I faced continuous delays and lies from the staff. As of April 13th, the car remains unrepaired, and I have resorted to using a rental car, hoping the business will cover the costs as I no longer trust their services. This ongoing ordeal has left me frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. I asked to come get the car no matter the condition and another person named *** said they couldnt provide me with the car because it was at the ****** dealership so as of now I still dont have my car and the lies continue this has been an ongoing issue since around January I cant afford to pay out of pocket for the rental it goes back today. The car was tooken to the shop March 2nd and here we are still car less.
