On 02/09/2022 I went to Woodys Hideaway for a few beers and food with coworkers. At around 1045-11pm we left while paying our tab. That Friday on 02/11/2022 while I was working I realized there was another charge on my credit card that wasn't mine from Woodys Hideaway, so I waited til they open and called. I got in touch with a manager who claimed that is waitress said that I didn't pay my tab which is false cause I did my pay my tab which came up to *****, which I have her a $5 tip so it came up to *****. Well there's another payment which is ***** in which said manager claimed that his waitress said I walked out on tab and them another charge of **** which he said was a gratuity charge for walking out, which once again I did not walk out. He said he couldn't confirm until his waitress came in later that evening. In which during that conversation I explained to him why would I have 2 tabs, why wouldn't all my order be on one tab. In which I asked what time was the tab in which they claimed I didn't pay was and he said somewhere I around 10 and I left around 11, so it makes no sense or adds up and he still wouldn't correct the mistake him and his waitress has made. I called back later that Friday night and another manager picked up which his name was ***** and he told me the first manager in which I spoke with was incorrect that they couldn't do anything at that time cause it was a Friday night and that they only can look into the situation on a weekday which would be Monday on valentines day. So I waited til Monday cause I had no other choice since I live 2 hours away. On Monday I called multiple times in which no one ever picked up. If someone walked out on their tab on his waitress, I feel for her, but that is not my problem cause it wasn't me. They illegally charged my card accusing me of being that person who walked out and it wasn't me. Horrible that they would just try to guess who walked out and try to put a tab on someone wrongfully. Just want me money back
