      I preordered a large order 16 weeks ago, paid that day and waited for order fulfillment. It never came. I reached out multiple times and never received a reply or resolution. Still have not received goods nor refund. This is the second time this has happened with this vendor. The first time she (the owner) gave me store credit.

      I paid for a neon sign ($163.41) that I never received after several months I reached out to the owner and she stated that she was ghosted by the supplier so I asked for a refund. She stated she would not be able to do that, but could give me store credit. I told her that was not acceptable and I dont feel comfortable ordering anything else from her since I had to reach out several times to check on this neon sign that I never received.

      Made 2 separate orders with this boutique, one for $87 and one for $69 within a few days of each other, never received the first order which was Easter shirts and after several messages(she ignored until I hassled her enough) she finally issued me a refund for it on my next order that I wanted to cancel after not ever receiving the first. Almost 2 months later still havent received the second order which was a gift!!! It still just shows pending order on my end for the second order and of course no update from this business owner. She claims she doesnt offer refunds and only store credits but whats the use if you never receive a product in the first place, store credit for nothing?? Very poor customer service to say the least!!

      I purchased a swim suit cover up on Feb. 2, 2023 from Amazingly Sassy, a boutique that has a storefront in ********, ** but also has a ******** page. I ordered from the ******** page. I sent payment promptly, through Venmo. By March 5, I hadnt received shipping confirmation or the product. I sent an email and never heard anything back from the boutique, so messaged the boutique( through ******** (******************************). I let her know I hadnt received the product and was needing it by the end of the following week. She let me know they hadnt shipped to her yet. On April 23, I messaged ****** again. At this point it has been 2 1/2 months since I sent payment and hadnt received my order. I again explained the trip I was needing it for had long past and I would just like my money back. ****** let me know she couldnt refund my money(it was against her store policy), but could give me store credit (her store is over 9 hours away from me) or I could buy something from her ******** page(everything is a preorder). I explained to her I didnt want to buy something just to buy something, I didnt want to preorder because I would again have to wait for whatever product I ordered to come in. I think this a terrible way to treat customers and run a business. She has had my money for 2 1/2 months and I have absolutely nothing to show for itexcept frustration!
