I went to paradigm physical therapy in ******* ***** regularly for a couple of months regarding a wrist issue and an ankle issue. Every time I went they start needles in both my wrist and my ankle and hooked them up to prods that sent electric current through the area for 20 to 30 minutes.The last time that I saw them for a treatment I was very uncomfortable and asked for assistance. The owner was not there yet so the second in command told a young girl who worked with preparing the heat and cool packs to go and help. She rearranged the prods and the needles. She had NO IDEA what she was doing and that was obvious. I was very concerned that she was working on something that she knew nothing about. I left early that day and called the next day to cancel my next appointments. I told them what had happened and that she was not certified to do what she had been asked to do to me. However, I asked for a TOTAL for what I owed them and I paid that the very day that I called. I explain to the lady that I didnt want to hear from their office again. I didnt hear anything until December and got a **** for $65.09. I do not owe them anything. I paid the total the day I called. Separate from that I am not willing to pay for something that was done to me that actually caused me more pain. I am reaching out now because they have sent me this **** and I am very concerned that others may be part due to their negligence.
