            I had new counter tops put in both bathrooms. They look very nice but only issue is that he forgot to caulk around the sink in one of the bathrooms. He texted me on Jan 4th to let me know he had not forgotten abiout me but then I didn't hear from hin, I texted him on 2/19 and he didn't respond until I called him on 3/1/24. He informed me he does not read texts and that best way to make contact is to call. I did speak to him to let him know that bathroom in the hallway has a gap between counter and side back splash. I informed him counter had snapped into place when I stepped on to paint. His response was that the counter is not level, I also informed him the molding on the other bathroom was damaged when counter was put in. He informed me that he would try to send someone out to my house. I tried to call him back but no answer. I left him a message that I had sent pictures to his phone. To date I have not heard frin him..

            *****, as stated when we last spoke last week, we would try to find availability to repair the countertop and caulk the gap, but because we are currently on a larger project we did not know exactly when that would be. You were informed when we had availability we would reach back out to schedule a time, that way were not scheduling an appointment that we may have to cancel due to the current work schedule. We appreciate the feedback and would be happy to reach out when we have availability if youre still wanting to have the repair service provided.
