Did service to vehicle paid out then only to told me it did not get inspected Why she could be told me that be for payment I left got it fixed went back they would not inspect slurring racial remarks so I figured thats why I didnt get job finished or would not give money back Because I was CaucasianBusiness response

******************** arrived at 10:54 a.m, requesting an inspection that has been expired since September 2022. Prior to inspection ******************** was informed that we charge $7.00 for a pass or fail vehicle. The vehicle failed for tint being to dark at (6%) ***** requires by law tint regulations to pass 25% or above. ******************** was charged the $7.00 for not passing, he did pay and was given a rejection notices, the rejection slip has the info of the vehicle that failed and what it failed for. ******************** did return back at 12:30 for a re-inspect. when told he had a couple of cars ahead of him and he got upset and stated he needed the inspection NOW! When he got aggressive with the asst, the asst went and got the manager. I (*******) walked up to ******************** and asked him if we were inspecting the vehicle, he did state it was to be re-inspected due to the fact that he got his windows re-tinted. I did make him aware that we would have to roll the window down to re-test. ******************** stated that we couldn't roll down for 3 days due to the fact that they would bubble, i did repeat myself and told him again we would have to re-test requiring the windows to be rolled down. ******************** then stated that i would have to pay him for the tint if it bubbled. I told him he would have to wait the 3 days, i did not want to be liable for the tint to bubble. ******************** did get disrespectful and stated that he would never come here again and was aggressive, that's when i told him that we refused his business due to his actions.
******************** put his vehicle in reverse and did take off, only to return seconds later yelling he wanted his vehicle inspected or a refund, neither were an option due to how aggressive he had become, he was so loud that customers from the car wash ran over to come see if i needed help. Customers in the lobby got concerned. When i refused his business he yelled and cussed at me, even made the gesture that he was gonna back hand me, he made the gesture several times, i told him he was welcome to call the cops. That is when he called me a ******* and other racial slurs, telling me to go back to ******.
He literally cursed and hollered all the way to his vehicle. After he left i did call DPS and made them aware of the situation. Contact info for DPS *********************** @ *************.
