      I purchased a gift certificate for my wife from LuxeMedSpa in ******* **. in the amount of (******). Her name is *************************. She went for consultation for treatment options. They requested some medical paperwork to be filled out, which they were to email to her. After receiving them She filled the forms out and returned them. while waiting for them to contact her back she learned from our daughter a client also. Within a weeks time from the appointment the spa was closed. ***** *** contacted them to get a refund and they advised that the owner would have to refund money. ***** has trying to contact them to get the refund but they will not respond or answer phone.

      Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the complaint.  *************************** has decided to close the med spa until further notice.  With that said we have set up a refund request contact form at the website listed below for any client who has pre-paid services or banked funds on their account, including gift certificates.  All clients requesting refunds will need to complete this form in order to initiate their refund process.  Once the information is received we will forward the request to *************************** and request the issuance of the refund.  A representative will follow up with each form submission as soon as practical to assist and answer any questions they may have.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      This has still not been resolved.  We filled out the paperwork request of us by the office and received a response of someone would contact us soon but we havent hear from them yet and it has been a month or more.  We sent them an email sometime in the last 10 days and still havent received a response.  If there anything you can help us with.  Seems that they are giving yall info to satisfy the BBB but not following thru with there response.  Thank you

      Good morning, 


      Thank you for reaching out to us.  I wanted to inform you that at this time ************** has made the decision to close his med spa indefinitely.  If you already completed the refund request form then there is nothing further for you to do.  The requests are being forwarded to ************** for his approval to disseminate refunds upon his approval.  Refunds will begin being issued on 02/01/2022 and will be issued for a period of 12 weeks and they are being issued on a first come first served basis.  Once your refund has been approved for refund by ************** one of our staff members will contact you via email to notify you of the amount eligible for refund and the date of issuance.  Should you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me for further assistance.  Thank you in advance.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory at this time but it remains to be seen that they will follow thru with it.
