I bought car from Classic Honda of Midland *****, and within the first week, i noticed that it had a transmission problem, i contacted the dealership and they asked me to bring it back to them for diagnostic scan, of which i did, they confirmed, that it has a transmission problem. They did not give me an alternate vehicle to use in the mean time to go to work, while we are trying to find solution to this problem. Sometimes have missed work so many times because of that and yet i am making the payment and insurance on the vehicle. Now i do not wish to own that car anymore (what's the point of paying for a car that even the dealership knew that the car had a problem)? I talked with the dealership about me returning the car to them, for a refund, but they did not allow me to do that, they instead persuaded me to sell back the car to them for a lower price. I do not wish to sell the car back to them for a lower price, i just wanted to return the vehicle to them for a refund, because the problem that the car has, existed at the time of purchase. I am asking for a better solution than selling the car back to them.Initial Complaint

I have purchased a 2021 ****** Titan pro for ******** from classic honda of midland on aug 25 2022 at 7:00 pm took home and next morning the truck wont work. I have contacted the dealer and they are not willing to help in any way.Business response

************** came in stating his truck was losing pressure after he put gas and then after awhile it would begin working again. I advised him that he can take it to ****** and see if there is a recall on the truck. He went and they told him at both ****** stores that they were 3 - 4 weeks out and that he would need to leave his truck there. He stated he couldn't be without his truck so he left. He then came back and stated that he wanted me to make the other store take his truck in asap. I advised him that i do not run those 2 stores, I cannot make them do anything. I advised him that I would reach out to the ****** store in attempt to help him out and they told me the same thing, that they are both 3 - 4 weeks out. He then stated he would pursue legal action so I advised him that I would not be able to assist him anymore due to him pursuing legal action. I am rejecting this response because: they have sold me a truck and they know its broken, they have discounted the truck 10k claiming they cant get me approved . Which not right. They have Hide carfax until I asked for it then I saw this truck got sold 3 times within 12 months (10k miles only ) I start asking a questions and they come up with some stories whichs the general manger told me that truck was his brother a truck.when I went back 10 hours later to tell them the truck is not working they ask me to claimed it through the extended warranty. Whichs When I was signing the papers I got offered gap insurance only not an extended warranty whats so ever. So it was a big setup to get rid of truck and make some one else problem. I have turned all paperwork to my legal team and lender is already got informed and are working on Revoking the sale and **** it as Fraud.

I bought a car on June 18th 2022 And I noticed that the windshield was cracked and I just thought that I could get it fixed later, but the day after I also noticed that the defense system from the front, at the bottom was broken and it had like a hole at the bottom of it. When o tried to get the windshield fixed they told me it was $500 to fix and I also tried putting insurance on my car and they told me I couldnt because of the defense and the windshield. So I went back, and told them what had happened this time I had spoken to the sales manager, ************************* and he told me that on the we own you paper they were supposed to have replace windshield on there, and that the sales consultant, ******************************* was in the wrong because they cannot sell us a car with a broken windshield. So we took the car back so they could fix the windshield and its been over ten days already and the car is still not ready.Business response

When the vehicle was purchased, customer was advised that windshield had been ordered. She brought the vehicle in so we could put the windshield on and when the windshield got here, it was the wrong one so we had to order another one. As of right now and the way things have been going because of covid, we do not have an eta on when the windshield will get here. Customer has been advised that she can come get the vehicle and when the windshield gets here we would go get the vehicle from her and get it put on.
