      I drove over to Mazda of Midland 2-16-22 to test drive a used vehicle. made an offer on said vehicle which was refused but no counter offer was made by the dealer. I then put $200 down to ensure that by the next morning I could go to my bank and purchase said vehicle. 2-17-22 2 hours after I arrived at my bank they finally give the bank the information needed to send the money. 2-23-22 get a message from the salesperson stating vehicle is ready to be picked up so I get a ride back over to the dealer to pickup the vehicle and was told by the salesperson he would call me to pickup the vehicle from me to have the vehicle detailed and cleaned. After leaving dealership I meet up with the people that drove me over at the **** *** ***** restaurant to eat. I go to leave to come back to Odessa, and noticed that I had no miles left on the tank showing, so I go to the **** ***** in Midland on the loop and put gas in the vehicle. I put 14.248 gallons of gas in a tank that holds 14.5 gallons. fast forward to 3-21-22 and I use their message system on their webiste and immediately contacted by a sales floor manager and explain things and ask to have the GM contact me. 48 hours later I again contact the dealership and ask to speak the GM and I asked to have him contact me. a day later still no contact from Mr. *****. This tells me either Mr. ***** doesn't want to talk to me or that the managers are trying to hide things from him. Either way it's obvious that once they got my money I am no longer someone that want to talk with. I am not going to drive to Midland to get a voucher for 3-5 gallons of gas as it will cost me 1 gallon to drive over and another drive back, according to the sales managers they only put 3 gallons of gas in a used vehicle. Yes the sales managers that I have talked to have offered to pickup the vehicle and put gas in it and have it washed, but I still haven't talked to Mr. ***** 96 hours after the fact of asking to speak with him. caley
