It never fails that when I order contacts from this place I never get what I want. 7/1/22 I went in for my contact eye exam *************** was booked so I went with ********************* and I specifically told him and emphasized Dallies for Daily use that's what I want I do not want to try any other brands and I do not like monthly contacts I ONLY LIKE DAILY'S. 7/9/22 My wife drove all the way to Midland from ******* to pick up my contacts and guess what ? They are Biofinity Torics for monthly use. Nariah ** in the front was rude to my wife and told us that we couldn't get our money back until Monday and couldn't change brand name until a Dr sees it Monday. She also Stated that they only have 1 Dr in today for emergencies only. I will NOT return to this facility and you shouldn't either this is the 3rd time they have messed up on my contacts iam very disappointed in the service all I hear back from the staff is sorry, ,I'm sorry, we are sorry but nothing ever gets done. The ONLY reason why i came here was because ******* Dr's are out until August.Business response

The contacts that you wore last year are no longer available. We did order the monthly contacts by mistake, we have order more daily contacts for you to try, sorry for the mishap.
