      August of 2023 we were charged over 2 grand for damages to the rental property. Not only did we already pay an extra 500$ to renew our lease but repeatedly in person so no documentation she would tell us shed send someone out to the property to fix the things shed later charge upon moving out. The rental property had issues prior to us moving in such as the water heater was not working, paint coming off of the cabinets, in the bathroom as they painted over and didnt do a good job, disposal not working and floor boards uneven and coming up which we were blamed for. *********************************** didnt take good care of the property prior to us moving in even though thats her job, she was deceptive and outright dishonest several times with me including initially when asked if they do properly checks where they come in my home and she said and I quote if we come we will let you Know already knowing she did and would. Her partner **** entered my property when I was not home breaking the lease agreement. ********* hired an outside company who charged her almost 5 grand to fix things mostly painting that her maintenance men could have fixed. I shouldve gotten at least half of my deposit back because the damages were not severe in any way. She didnt keep her word when it came to maintaining the apartment after we lived there for 2 years, misrepresented us and what we had done to the actual owner of the property and over exaggerated and lied about the damages we caused. I want the balance wipes and the money we paid to be refunded.

      We did a walk-through at the one year renewal and there was some coloring on one of the walls. The owner asked for additional deposit to insure that any repairs that needed done when the tenant moved could be completed with the security deposit. I let her know that as long as no more damage was done to the property that the remaining deposit after the wall was painted would be returned to them. When they vacated the following year, every wall had coloring on it, three doors had been colored on, cabinets in kitchen has such heavy damage that all walls, doors and cabinets had to be repainted. In addition, the unit had not been cleaned when they vacated. There was food on the walls, floors and grout. The drawer in fridge and all supports on the door had been broken and glued. They had hung a netting across the front door that peeled the paint around the entire door trim when they pulled it down.  I had three people come in to look at painting/cleaning and repairs. One declined the job because of the excessive dirt, coloring and food present.  I provided an itemization of the repairs and paid invoices to the tenant within 30 days of vacating.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This is a complete and utter lie. I most definitely cleaned, I cleaned my **** off for days, missing last moments with friends, having long nights. The pictures I have, show the house was left clean did you not review them? EVERYTHING was cleaned and wipe out. I replaced filters as well. Youve been over exaggerating the situation making it look like I destroyed the property, making it look like I left its a disgusting mess, meanwhile when I arrived after your business had ample Time to make sure the house was ready for my arrival, it was dusty, with dead flies, and major things broken like disposal and water heater, we drove for 12 hours with a newborn and a little toddler and were so exhausted on top of dealing with this issues from the negligence of the company we werent in a right state of mind to document everything before we got there, of course as young renters, we never thought wed be in this situation.The only thing I couldnt clean were the walls because the paint kept coming off. Paint dripping marks on cabinet and painted in holes are  a good sign not too much care and consideration were done to do the jobs that needed to be done. We were also told not to paint conveniently for you we were told in person, a lot of your promises were in person which is very unprofessional to do to a young family who doesnt know to go behind adults and email them and get things in writing.
