I purchased a year long wax pass ************** went out of business before the use of the full year of the pass. They left instructions to contact the corporate office for a refund, but no one answers the corporate office number and they dont return voicemails or emails. On Friday 2/09/24 I had a regularly scheduled appointment with the the European wax center at 11. Normally if there are any changes to my appointments they call and tell me. I didnt record a phone call or anything and show up and there is a not on the door closed until further notice. I tried to call and there is no one answering the phone and no way to leave a message. I have already prepaid for my services and want help getting my money back or knowing how to handle.Initial Complaint

I had purchased a wax pass for 12 waxes in the amount of $567 and they closed their doors before I was able to finishing using the passes!Initial Complaint

The business closed their doors a couple days ago. No warning or email or anything other than a note on the door that said Closed until further notice. I know I cant be the only one that paid a year in advance for services. From what I can figure Ive lost $1000.00
