On September 23, 2021 I paid a ***** down payment for a 2016 Chrysler 200 that was being sold to me and Midland Motors by ******* and her husband. When inspecting the vehicle I asked them if there was anything wrong with the car that I needed to know about and they told me no that it was a great car. Being that I had a new born child and needed transportation for work and to get my other child to school I desperately purchased the vehicle from Midland motors thinking I had finally found a good car.October 1,2021 at 7:08 a.m I texted ******* asking her what was wrong with the transmission as I only had the car a week and both the engine light and transmission light turned on. Her response was bring the car by next week and **** can hook it up to his computer. I took the car to the car lot to see if they could tell me what was wrong, instead **** plugged some machine to the car and the engine and transmission light disappeared. I asked him what the issue was and his response was there is just a loose hose down there. Being that I knew nothing about cars I agreed and left. ******* also told me if I ever had problems with the car to bring it to them so they can help with repairs (which was the biggest lie they told me ) Come February 8,2022 I was contacting ******* once again about the transmission. She kept shutting me down when I asked for help or telling me she knew nobody who can help me. So here we come August 15,2022 the car doesnt work the whole transmission has given out at this point and this is only a year later. I asked if they would rent me a car so that I wouldnt be walking while the car is getting repaired and every and any bit of helped I asked for was immediately shut down. Now I have $6,000 worth repairs and I feel if they were honest this couldve been avoided. I havent had a car in 2 months. And paid almost ***** for a rental since I cannot use my car. I need help and they are not cooperating I feel like I got scammed again on a car!
