            My car got damaged while it was in the car wash. I didn't know it was damaged until after I come out of Walmart to put the groceries in the back of the car. I noticed the trim above the license plate was gone. I went back to the car wash and told the assistant manager my car was damage. I mentioned to him to go check inside the car wash to see if the part was laying somewhere. He did and brought out the part but it was broke in three pieces. He said they were not responsible for damage to my car. The next day I talk to the manager which was Kitty and showed her the damage and she told me to order the part and she would pay for it. I carried the receipt over to the car wash. Kitty was not there so I left it with another manager and he said he would give it to her. I haven't heard anything from her. I tried to talk to the owner but he is never available. I would not recommend taking your car to this car wash and taking a chance on getting it tore up. *****
