Everyone at Midlo Contracting very professional, very friendly. Listened to what I had to say and took into consideration any of my concerns, from start to finish. Any problems that we came across? We worked out solutions. **, my project manager, always keep my in the loop about any delays and when and who was scheduled to arrive and what they were to work on. No surprises. Very happy with ******************** that they remodeled from start to finish.

Excellent company!! They did what they said they were going to do!! I needed to have a mess fixed after the contractor I used to fix it originally flaked and refused to fix it! Midlo was professional and constantly communicated of what was gonna happen. There was never a guessing game of if theyre coming when theyre coming. How long is it going to take.? I have found my new contractor!!

Midlo built a walk in closet for us and we couldnt be more pleased. Everyone on their team was very professional. They were on time or let us know of any delay. We were kept informed every step of the project. They were all very pleasant to work with and really tried to do exactly what we wanted. We would definitely use them again.

Midlo inspected and replaced our roof and gutters along with interior ceiling water damage due to hail, wind, storm. Their teams work was exceptional and very professional. I would hire them again and they definitely earned my 5 star rating.

Hired Midlo Contracting in January 2021 to perform New Construction and Remodel to our home. Broke ground April 2021 for a two-story attached add-on with a below ground storm shelter. The contract documented the scope of work for an engineered foundation and was paid as such. However, a structural engineer’s report has concluded that “distress signs were observed outside and inside the garage addition including out of alignment doors (the garage and the door leading to the storm shelter). Additionally, the storm shelter was flooded with water.” Midlo Contracting owners and managers have been made aware of the flooding problem and have not resolved the issue. October 2022, Final Draw-Request, I remitted all the funds due to Midlo Contracting including prepayment for a new front door so that I could close on the matured construction loan that had been pushed beyond its due date three times due to Midlo’s egregious construction delays (hand-shake completion agreement 1 year from start-April 2021). April 2023, the shelter still floods and there is still incomplete work i.e. sheet rock, painting, and warranty work in my home. The front door is being held hostage over generator pre-wiring work performed after the framing by the subcontracted electrician, one of many hired by Midlo, who included the costs in his scope of work bid. All work, to include electrical, was paid-in-full. I paid the out of pocket expense to purchase, connect and power-up a pre-purchased generator. Midlo's owner sent me an invoice for electrical pre-wiring after all the bills were paid from the Final Draw Request Draft and closing completed. I am being asked to pay for work that has already been paid. I refuse

In a word: Great! From inception to completion everyone and everything went effortlessly. They designed and created exactly what we wanted. After much shopping around and disappointed from various other contractors, we were so glad to work with **** and his team at Midlo. His project manager was ever present and easy to work with, his framers have gold in their hands, roofer was engaging ...overall excellent job and would highly recommend.

I can say Midlo is the way to go! -Midlo is the symbol of class, reliability, professionalism and any other superlative that you can include to the list of descriptions of this amazing organization. I have been relying on Midlo for all needs! Their installation department, office staff as well as management staff have always been very friendly, accommodating, easily accessible, skilled and professional. As per my experience It is one of the best Contracting services available in the DFW!!! Don't hesitate to call them.

Very pleased with Mildo contracting. They worked everything out with my insurance company and definitely made me a happy client. I recommend them for any work you would need on your home. They care and did a wonderful job .

I wish I could give them 10+ stars. They were very knowledgeable. They put a roof on our house. It was is in very bad shape. It was effortless on our part. Everything was so easy and now our roof looks wonderful and we can finally sale our home. The owner even came out and spoke to us during the installation. He was awesome. He answered any questions we had and made sure everything was running smoothly. Couldn't be happier!! Thanks Midlo!!!!!
