16x42 SWFA SS scope clarity is bad, can't focus the scope and eye relief is absolutely the worst. Customer service hasn't responded yet. Reticle tracking was good when site boring and adjusting turrets. That's about all I can say positive about the scope. I can get a much better scope with Leopoldo product at the same price. I trusted a YouTube video but I guess some of it's my fault, I should have taken the time to drive to local gun shop and looked through a scope. Stop online buying!

We apologize for the issues you are having with the scope. I located your order, you ordered from us via Amazon. Per the messages you sent in they were on Feb 13th, being a Sunday. We responded the following business day being Mon Feb 14th. It looks like we are already working with you to send the scope in for warranty. Like in the message sent via Amazon stated, we stand behind our product and will have the scope looked over once we get it back. If you like, we will gladly replace the scope for you. Yes, you were cooperative and responded to initial message in a timely manner. I sent several messages. You also approved the refund which hasn't gone thru yet due to return shipping date. I had high hopes for your product and will have to look at the scopes at the store if I can find them on the shelf. The biggest issue I had was clarity, could not get in focus. Ordered a Rugged Suppressor 3 port brake 1/2x28 due to being one of the lowest pricing on the internet and from a company with an online presence/history. Got my muzzle brake in 3 days. Low (reasonable) shipping cost in addition to the low (reasonable) purchase price was why I went with SWFA. No regrets.
