So I tried purchasing a firearm on august 13th of a m48 Mauser and I paid ****** for the rifle. The order number was #******. I sent my confirmation of purchase by email and I got an email back saying they will send to their financial department for confirmation. I havent heard from them since. I have constantly tried contacting them by email with no luck. The Zelle account was by the name of ***********************Initial Complaint

I tried to pay for my item with my debit card on firearms-texas.com.I selected my preferred FFL and entered my information, it said that the Transaction couldn't be completed because Firearms Transactions are monitored by the government.I was then given an email saying that I had to make the payment through Zelle.So I made the 1st payment through Zelle for $500.00 I then tried to contact them by phone. No answer and they never pick up. The call just gets disconnected.It a scam and don't buy from them online.Initial Complaint

****** search returned this site as one place to purchase a particular hunting rifle. Site had no obvious legitimacy problems. Discount for zelle or paypal transactions (like legit sites sometimes do). Ordered firearm, received email confirmation and zxelle payment info. First attempt at zelle failed, received email stating they were having a problem and received new payment info. Sent payment, requested a phone call to ask a question and they said they would but never did. Filed fraud investigation with my bank and zelle.Customer response

Ordered a gun through this website on 3/20/2023 for $941.99 with a Zelle payment (ev3qfornm). They show no record or tracking for this purchase that was supposed to be in stock. Please have this item refunded and pull this website down so people who save up for such purchases do not get their money stolen.Good evening. Lets see if this goes through. Please advise. Placed an order on 12/21/2023 for a firearm that totaled $890.39, which was paid to an account via ***** immediately. They will not propose an update and I have since discovered they are a scam site that never had any intention of providing the product. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

-- Made a online purchase of a firearm through the Firearms Texas website (www.firearms-texas.com), on March 18th, 2022 in the amount of $458.64 -- Received an initial order confirmation (email) - March 18th, 2022, -- Received a payment confirmation (email) on March 18th, 2022, -- Received another payment and shipping notice/confirmation (email) on March 18th, 2022. Notice also included a shipping estimate of 3 days to a designated Federal Firearms Licensee for the purchase Transfer. -- No further communication from any representative from Firearms Texas in any form. -- Attempted several times over 2 months to contact a business representative of Firearms Texas by email, phone and website portal. All attempts went unanswered. The contact portal of the website was never operational in allowing messages to be deposited on the website. -- as of Sept. 1, 2022, there has been no response from any representative of Firearms Texas, nor has any refund or adjustment in any form been provided.Initial Complaint

Hello. I ordered and paid $794.99 for a rifle on June 26 from Texas ***************** online *************************** and later discovered this website is a scam. They take your money and deliver nothing. Apparently others have been scammed too per this website I found ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* These people need to be shut down, prosecuted and pay restitution to their victims. Please call or email me with any questions. Thanks. My order ***** dated 6/26/22 for ************************************ .357/.38 Special lever Action Rifle Paid $794.99 via ****** to Torres H******, ******************** however funds were received by Alhpones B******. I received email on 6/26/22 from Kati, ************************** that she received payment and the order would arrive on Friday at ************************************************* Kenner, La 70065 which is now closed. On May 20, 2022, I bought a gun. Paid by ****** Friends and Family, (big mistake) ******************** Told me that it would be delivered on May 26,2022. That is the last I have heard from them. Won't answer the phone, won't return e-mails, or contact us thru their web site.
