On October 1st the company sent out a male who viewed a ground hornets nest under our shed. The company stated this fee was 50.00 and would be put towards our services if we decided to move forward. We asked to move forward and the male stated they would return on Monday the 4th with another person as it was a two person job. They did not show up. We called and they rescheduled us for Thursday the 14th from 1-3pm. They again did not show up. When my husband tried to reach out to the company today again, the number is no longer in service. the phone number we had was XXX XXX XXXX. additionally our estimate came from an email of ****@pestforcepestcontrol.comBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/12/09) */ As the client stated, we sent a technician to their home to conduct an inspection and evaluation on October 1st. The job was scheduled for October 4th, but had to be rescheduled due to needing additional manpower and equipment to correctly complete the job. The client was called several time to reschedule with no response. Several days later, Larry (husband) returned our calls and the job was scheduled and completed on October 15th. Because of the scheduling mishap and as a show of good faith, the client was not charged for the service. In addition, our phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX is and always has been a working number. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2021/12/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The company did finally send someone out but the statements from the company are not true. They "no showed" twice without calling and the technician openly admitted it was a mistake on their end and stated that the company has issues with their phone number and have been told it does not work properly on a regular basis. I would Not recommend this company and while they did finally do a job, even their response was unprofessional and untruthful.
