Very professional and above and beyond workmanship. Never disrespectful and always prompt to getting the job done to our satisfaction. (***********************) TJ was the main contractor we hired for the damage sustained by the tornado in December of 2023. Very honest and straightforward, would always break down the estimate to have us better understand where the cost is going as far as materials and labor. Never once was deceitful about what was what.Would recommend for future projects should the situation arise.Review from Phillip C

When they first came out they asked me how the square footage of my roof. I told them 2100 ft.² and they told me that it would be $1.00 per square foot. He also stated that he could not cover only parts of the roof and that he had to cover the entire roof. I asked the guy that it would be $2100 and he agreed. I received a bill about four days later and the amount was $4200. I was extremely upset and told him that they were trying to scam me and the guy that I spoke to said that because my roof is not flat and it has all of the peaks and ridges that the total square footage that they were covering was 4,200 square feet. I explained to him that I was told it would be $2100 and that is what I was expected to pay. I also asked him why they lied to me and told me they had to cover the whole roof when my neighbor across the street has less than 10% of her roof covered and it is by the same company. He never really gave me an answer for that. We finally came to the agreement that I would pay the original $2100 that was originally agreed-upon. The reason I do not recommend them is because of this case and I stop and think how many people they have already ripped off because they cover the full roof and then they change the price from what they were quoted to what the actual bill was.

We have Eagleview measurements to show that the roof is 4200 square-foot. The reason their neighbor was able to get away with patches and not a full roof is because they had far less missing shingles. This customer is simply trying to get away without paying half of their bill. They signed a contract for a dollar per square foot and it was 4200 ft.² it's very simple.
