On June 16th an unknown driver for this company merged into my lane with my 3 children in the car on June 16th around 3:10 causing damage to the right side of my car. The driver for this company did not stop to render aid or exchange insurance information for the damage done to my car despite my vest efforts to get him to pull over. I called the company to get the necessary information to file a claim. They stated they would return my call which theyve never done. I called DPD to file a report for the hit and run and advised the company of this as well . I never heard back and had to pay for damages caused out of pocket. Attached is a photo of the truck in use at the time of the incident.Initial Complaint

I worked for this Company from July 2020 until July 2023. We started getting really slow with Work and would sit for 4 or 5 days with no work. I was told at times that I couldnt go home because it wasnt My scheduled days off. Well eventually everyone started quitting. We were then Promised a day rate of $250 a day for Certain Drivers and were told not to mention it to others as a way of Keeping Us from Quitting. Well I was promised certain pay and did not receive all of My Pay. I have still been asking about detention pay that was promised and Pay for being sent to ****** and not being able to Unload for 3 days. I have asked for this pay every week from ***** the office Manager and she kept saying that they added it and I have never received it. Well I no longer work with the company going on almost 3 weeks and Im still owed quite a bit. I contacted Zenda today at which time She told Me that Her and Her Boss will pay Me $100 and that they agreed that was a good round number since I no longer work for the Company. I asked Her again why I never received that pay and She said that She never promised it. There are a few drivers in the same situation, but they still work for Her as they havent found other Jobs. We have had pay issues over the last few weeks as a payroll payment never went through. I was constantly having to ask for corrections just to get paid so I could pay My bills. I have fallen behind because She cant keep Her work in order. Also wasnt getting paid what are loads said they were. So Money was disappearing from our checks. I would like them to resolve this by paying $3700 as I feel would be fair for all the time wasted away from Family and just sitting at a Truck stop along with the pay that I never received for Staging pay and Promised pay that never was paid.
