I applied for a financial literacy program with this business. The contract states that applicants will have to pay a refundable deposit fee when the financial group secured funding for the applicant. No funding offers have been sent to my email. The "******** ********* ***********", which is located at *** ***** ******* ******** ** ***** ** ... contacted me via email and is saying that I need to pay a refundable deposit in order to proceed with the loan package. I think it is pretty obvious that this is some sort of blue collar crime. Using people's information in order to further their own advancement while tanking the applicant's credit scores. Honestly, I just think that this **** is sad as ****. I'm literally at home with my grandmother who just got a kidney replacement. I don't have time for dumb **** like this. If you guys know of any higher powers that can handle a situation like this, please let me know. Other than that I am done playing this game with these people. The original company that I signed the contract to was named "moneyleaf capital" I will upload the original contract I signed below. Here is the link to their "access to capital" homepage if you'd like to take a look at this "contract" ************************************************************************************************************************* Here is the link to their homepage *********************/ Here is Thomas Montgomery's phone number ###-###-#### I think the most interesting part about all of this is that their business is located in Texas but his phone number is coming from Perryville, MO. I have already taken it upon myself to get legal assistance in the matter but something should definitely be done about this to prevent others from falling into this trap. There are different phone numbers under each one of the invoices indicating that they might be using "free texting apps"

Here are the text messages from one of their representatives. Again. Nowhere in their contract does it say that a $200 fee must be paid upon them being unable to secure certain forms of "capital" ... also I am being instructed to resubmit forms that I've already submitted to them. I personally think it would be in the best interest of both parties to go their separate ways. I simply was just looking for business funding for my LLC that has been operational since early 2020. I think it would be in the best interest of both parties to go their separate ways. They have even threatened to come after my personal wages for applying for this funding. I saw this advertisement for funding on *********. ********* shouldn't be allowed to advertise every ******* thing that people put up for advertisement. Their should be a stricter vetting process. There are people out there whose sole purpose is to take advantage of others and I don't want to be apart of that process. Any liability would fall back on my BUSINESS. Not my personal funds.
