My name is *******************. My husband *************************** left a not too complimentary review about Dow when we had problems getting them to move on a vehicle we had already committed to. We never saw it but purchased on comps from an older model on their premises. I don't know if his second and final review went through, apparently it didn't. Dow Autoplex did come through in Spades. They found us the perfect ***** Colorado and were very courteous and totally helpful in the process. It was the experience we had hoped for all along. New car buying has been a challenge to both the dealers and the customers. They took my husbands initial review very seriously and bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. The Salesperson *********************** worked tirelessly to find us a vehicle. And furthermore, all of Dow's employees we encountered through the final process were very Cordial and made us feel like a True Valued Customer. My husband and I filed the initial review out of Desperation not realizing that **** had been working on our situation all along. Dow treated us with a total Responsible Sales Experience that completely satisfied our needs. I am trying to set the Record Straight..... *********************** and Dow Autoplex came through for us and have our total Loyalty. We will not hesitate to recommend them in the future to Friends and Family. Thank You For Your Persistence and Professionalism!!!

Around April 29th of 2022 my wife and I visited Dow Autoplex in Mineola, basically our Home Town. We were looking for a new ***** Colorado pick up. We met with *********************;My wife remembered he had sold our Son a new **** F-150 pickup that we had co-signed for approximately 12 years earlier. He mentioned repeatedly during our conversion that we were repeat customers and were special to Dow. We told him what we had done a lot of research on the Colorado. **** did a check and stated that although he didn't have any new Colorados, he had a Canyon (GMC Version) somewhere in ********. He did a vehicle search and gave us the specs on the vehicle. He then took us to the lot and compared a used Canyon with a few more amenities and different color. We said O.K. we'll take it and wait for it to come from somewhere in ********. So he took all of our information including credit, and requested $1,000.00 Deposit to finalize. We had wanted to pay cash but he said that the vehicle would even cost us more and would increase the vehicles MSRP which sounded strange but he explained that we could pay it off in 4 equal payments and only accrue the interest over those four months. We agreed to purchase the vehicle in ******** and signed a contractual agreement. **** told us that it we could expect delivery within two weeks. After about two weeks, my wife called to check on the progress and twice left her number for **** to respond.I also called **** about the progress of the delivery. He started hemming and hawing and said he was having computer issues and ask to call me back. He has not returned any of our calls.We, in good faith made a deal for a truck we could not see, sit in, or test drive. ****** lack of response tells us that he is stalling. We just want the truth but are being held hostage from looking elsewhere. We have bought and paid off 12 vehicles but have never gone through anything like this!! If "repeat"customers are that "special" how are "new" customers treated? Humm?

*******,First off I want to apologize for the delay on getting your new ******** delivered to you. ************** is having major issues getting new vehicles delivered to us in a timely fashion. What they are saying is going to take weeks is now taking months to happen. Since you last posted this review we were able to dealertrade in a ******** from another local dealership to sell you so we didn't have to wait on ************** any longer. I understand that you have bought and sold many vehicles in the past but now days are a little different than in the past. We have 6 new cars on the ground as opposed to 150 that we usually have. Thanks again for your business and we look forward to working with you in the future.*********************
