      I order replacement fan blades for my fan. My account was immediately charged $37.75. That's the last time I have heard from US ******. I have emailed twice (copy attached) and called twice and left voicemails. I have not received a return phone call or the blades that I ordered. I am requesting a full refund of the $37.75 and I will take my business elsewhere.****************

      I want to thank the BBB for helping to resolve this matter. I did receive the fan blades I ordered and I am confident that if the BBB was not involved I would have not received the item I ordered. This just reinforces the fact that I will never conduct business with Fanco in the future. Again - Thank you BBB!!!!

      I ordered a filter through their website. It's been over a week and It says nothing has shipped. I have received no evidence anything has shipped. I've contacted the company a few times and they are not getting back to me.

      ORDER #USFANCO20966 Purchased Oct 13, 2022 Product was used once. The second time it would not start. Motor failure.Emails sent Jan. 29, Jan 31 & Feb 21 2024 requesting refund. No response.Multiple phone calls over last three months from website to "Dusty" requesting refund. No response.Multiple phone calls attempted without message left no answer when called.Company is evasive and refuses to give refund or answer call and emails. Fraudulent & Scam.

      I have ordered a replacement bathroom exhaust fan and they charged my credit card immediately. I have yet to receive any shipping information tracking number, etc. since I have placed the order and have tried to reach out to them multiple times and have gotten one response that said it would ship the next day which it did not.

      An order was placed on September 26, 2023 for a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan/light. My credit card was charged on September 27, 2023 for $83.98 with an email confirmation that the business received my order. I have not received the product nor have been given an update to the status of the order in spite of repeated email and texts to the business. There has been no response at all. I would like the product shipped immediately or a credit be issued to my credit card.

      I ordered a 108 ceiling fan and recieved it first week of August 2023. I paid **** dollars. I opened it to install on August 12th. The canopy that covers the electrical at the ceiling had a dent in it. Super noticeable. I contacted USFANCO, leaving several messages. No call returned. Finally I was able to get a hold of their customer service via email. He said to send pictures which I did. He asked if I wanted a refund for that piece or a new piece. I said a new piece. It was supposed to ship nearly a month ago. After weeks of non-communication I cant even get a response back now. I have no alternative except to file a complaint in hopes that I can receive this part. This unacceptable as a company, the public deserves better

      Purchased a 60 inch fan blade on July 13 2023. There was no information except the size. I thought it was a generic part that would fit the fan that I have. I thought that if it didn't fit that I could send it back. I saw no indication of a no return policy. I received the blade unassembled in good condition, and proceeded to check for fitment. It didn't fit, so I contacted *****, and he informed me of the branding of the fan, and the no return policy, due to us not having a MaxAir product. I feel that I have been deceived and they sold a product that had no information or specifications that would have indicated to me that it would not work. I will happily return the blade for a refund plus shipping cost.
