Terrible customer service but only from who seems to be the owner!? I brought back an item that was put in my bag and got ACCUSED of STEALING? He was yelling at me and everything. When I came back with the item to get my item, I was told to immediately come up to the register and he showed me a video of HIS EMPLOYEE making the mistake, but still wanted to yell and throw his arms in the air to me. Took pictures of him because in that moment, I felt this man was unstable. He then said he would call the cops. *** * ****** ** *****. It made me feel less than. It was no way to treat someone that went there every 2 weeks and spent $100's of dollars. I have witnessed them treating their employees bad, for being late...unprofessional to talk about in front of customers. I have witnessed a lady say "I'll never come back here again" and they were FINE with it. When I said I was a loyal customer and wouldn't shop here again , he said "Ok! Bye! It's EARLY IN THE MORNING...you think I have time to play?!" I believe if an owner is working the register, he's mad that he is running away his staff, or mad he has to work a shift. I waited 30 mins PAST opening time for them to get to the store late...I'm mad I even spent a dime here. I let so many things I witnessed go, until I looked at the reviews. They may have reasonable prices, but don't downgrade your service. GO TO ARGOZ beauty supply. Its on 521, It's a little bit further but you will NEVER regret it because they have everything this store has, PLUS hair service salon in the back. BEWARE. And if this isn't convincing enough, read the reviews on google and yelp! If I could give them a zero star and shut them down, I would.
