I placed an order on June 4th and chose the 2 day delivery shipping via Fedex. A few days later, Fedex contacted me stating that they lost my package. PROBLEM: Northerner Scandinavia LLC (located in Missouri City, TX) does NOT replay to emails and does NOT take phone calls. I am unable to contact Northerner to process a refund or a replacement. Very untrustworthy company, please stay away from them!

I found this company while looking for a place that would ship nicotine pouches and decided to give it a try. I spent a decent amount of money ordering 25 nicotine packs and entered in my address complete with county and zip code and as always, double checked prior to completing the order. For 2 weeks I watched the tracking *** ***** (on a 2 day delivery mind you) keep getting delayed and saying "your package could not be delivered" where it was well over 500 miles away from my destination and never came any closer. The address they were trying to send to was something COMPLETELY different from what I entered into the website at checkout. This happened multiple times until ***** said that the package was being returned to sender. I reached out to the support at Northerner, and after waiting several days got an email stating "Your Credit Memo" which listed my exact order and the amount that I had spent on it. The exact verbiage was: "We have issued a refund to your account at Northerner.com, see below for details. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account." This would have been fine if there WAS any actual refund in the account but nothing was there after weeks again. To double check I verified against the credit card that I used and saw no rebate there. I reached out yet again and still have yet to receive any kind of response. This is highly unprofessional and borderline criminal depending on the severity and scope of this kind of "service". If you charge people money for a service/product that is NOT delivered and do NOT actually return their money, this is theft. I would HIGHLY advise ALL to steer clear of this company as you will lose money and they will ignore your communication. They should not be allowed to operate in this capacity.

Placed an order on 5/27 that cost me over $175.00 that charged me. Was supposed to be 2 day shipping. I have still not received the order and it has been left in “processing” I have sent 3 emails with no response and you cannot get through when calling the number. Horrible service and this is as good theft in my opinion.

I have been a customer of this company for over two years. With the exception of constantly rising pricing, I have had no issues, until now. I use a nicotine product for pain management for the pain/symptoms associated with a Chiari Malformation. I order ahead, so that I will always have a supply. My last order was shorted by over 80% of my product. The response time of their customer service representatives is lacking, at best. The shipping label states that my package weighed six pounds. It included a quantity of one, 16-ounce bag. I am NOT HAPPY with this company. As to their request, I have responded with a photo of the shipping bag and product received. Now I will wait in pain until something happens on their end, or not... I have left "One Star" as a rating, as it would not let me leave none.

I ordered on next day air and have been told it will take two days to get here. I have reached out for either a refund or to follow through with their promise. Other companies make sure it’s next day, so not sure why this company fails to uphold that standard. They will not respond to my request.

BUYERS BEWARE. This used to be a great source to buy products. They use to offer customer service, fast shipping, lower prices, good products, and reliable service. Now the opposite is the case. They offer horrible products, higher prices than my local stores, a redundant security system, rude customer service and you are lol lucky if they ship. I use to be able to buy ON for $1 per can, get free samples, same-day shipping, and great customer service. Do not buy anything from this company. EVER!
