      May 27 2024 I made a $299.99 purchase for a Power Massager Pro from Tim Tam. I received a confirmation email. In July I emailed the customer service email for an eta of delivery of product. They replied it was a pre-order item and was not in stock yet. I was also told they were experiencing product shipping delays and would deliver as soon as it became available. I received no further correspondence and my follow up emails going forward received no response. I also called what appeared to be a phone number associated with my **** transaction and left a message of which I got no response to.

      On July 20 2024, i purchased a product from this company(professional massage gun) that was a total of ****** and i payed for expedited shipping. After 10 days i sent an email for still not receiving the product and I received a response back with an apologize stating all orders will be fulfilled by end of august which was not written on website. I still never received anything and i emailed repeatedly in September asking for a refund but no one has responded back. Its now been over 2 months since my original order and i still have yet to receive anything as well as my refund which is all im asking for at this point. After looking at their ******** page there are multible people with this same issue. They are stealing everyone money with no customer service or phone number to contact them. I had no choice but to reach out to you , any help will be appreciated thank you **** ******

      I placed the order through the TimTam website (*********************************************************************************) but they did not send me a tracking number. They do not have a phone number. When I tried to contact them via email, they are not responding. I also tried contacting them through social media, but they are still not responding. I asking for a full refund.

      I ordered the Tim tam performance massager on 5/16/24. After a few weeks of hearing nothing I reached out to see if there was a delay. I was told that it would be shipping later that week. I then waited another few weeks and reached out again. I was then told that it was a pre ordered item that would ship at the end of July. It is now September and I have not heard a single word about my order. The pre order has been pushed back for months now, and at this point I feel like I am being scammed. I stated in my last email that I requested a refund for the product, as I no longer desire the product. This request was simply ignored, as I was told that the product was still on pre order. I no longer desire the product and simply wish to be refunded

      Failure to deliver the product. After 3 emails and 2 requests submitted via their website to confirm delivery, there is no response. There is no telephone number provided. It is now 3 months after the order so I'm assuming they're not going to deliver the products and I'm requesting a refund.

      I had a subscription with TimTam Power and Performance. My auto purchases in October 2023 and January 2024 were never received, however, I was charged for it. I reached out to TimTam and at first received responses saying the product would be shipped shortly, but I never received either order and then the company stopped responding. They also wouldnt allow me to cancel my subscription on their website, so my bank had to put a stop on any future charges.

      I made a purchase from the TimTam ******************* on May 30th, 2024 #TTP58575. I had originally been told a few days. I emailed them(******** L)(email: ********************************************* and was then told by the end of June, I followed up again on July 10th, they responded again that I would receive it at the end of July. I have not received any responses nor have I received the product. There is no phone number to call them to talk to someone directly

      I purchased the Tim Tam massage gun pro. I was very excited because I am a massage therapist. I would like delivery of my purchase and I would like accessories with it for ignoring my requests for contact and no phone number for customer support. I have seen many reviews that people have had similar issues.

      Purchased a product from TimTam on January 28th, 2024. Order number TTP58056. The company charged me, but never sent me the product. I have tried to contact the company many times with no response.
