June 13, 2022 ****** to a different company for repairs as I was out of town.WestStar was going to reimburse, but when I got back to town and turned in me receipts, they told me they would not reimburse me because it was not taken to a dealer for repairs. ****** for rotors and brake shoes repaired by a different company as WestStar wanted ****** to perform the same service.They said it wasn't covered under warranty as it was wear and tear.I purchased an extended warranty and nothing has been covered.WestStar has done nothing to remedy the costs I have incurred.The resolution I am seeking is reimbursement of ******* for the repairs.I am going to upload the receipts I have in my possession, but the others were left with WestStar.Initial Complaint

i purchased a vehicle with west star , 2020jeep gladiator on 11/21/2021. in jan 2022 i try to get car fax for vehicle value. the vehicle was shown to have a branded title. contacted the dealership, i was told it was for mileage, and i could get it fixed. after multiple attempts to get dealership to fix the branded title, my co signer *************************** and i have taken the steps we can do for it so far. dealership still not helping, and refusing to give me copies of the papers i signed. after getting some copies from title office it was shown in multiple places it was not my signature. i signed the original contact, but these were not the ones i signed.Business response

I have a car that was sent in for repairs on nov 17th. At west star auto for fuel system repair. Insurance has paid for the repairs. But mechanics have repeatedly give the roun around on completion. Even after the parts have arrived and promised repairs to be completed the next day or two. When I arrived for the car they tell me we never started on your car and been put at the back of the line for other cars or mechanic never shows up to work on cars. And they are now trying to charge me hold fees on the car for a job that should of been completed month and a half ago.
