We went to the trampoline park 1/22/24. Our toddler walked into the play area pictured in the attachments. The trampoline is not connected to the wall. She feel through between the trampoline and the wall. Thankfully, my husband and I were right behind her. My husband dove in and was able to catch her before she hit the floor. If not present or if it was an older kid that wasn't closely supervised it could have been a devastating situation. This area could cause a child to fall, it is a 6 ft drop, or suffocate, or get lost in this area. Please fix and address this before something devastating happens. We told an attendent of our concern and what happened and he seemed clueless and not very concerned.Business response
