We left our 4 yo female black Lab, *****, with Martin Kennels from September 15th - Oct 2nd. We visited with Mr. ********************** the day before to discuss her daily medication (Apoquil) and cheese to give her her pill with, some ear medication in case she had a flare-up of an ear infection, and her vet records. All seemed fine. We left her bed there so she would not be sleeping on a hard floor.Our trip was shortened by one day due to rain so I called the kennel a few hours ahead of time to tell them wed be there today instead of tomorrow. When we arrived, she was not ready for pick up. We paid our **** and then had them **** for her things. Returned to us was her *full* bottle of Apoquil, her ear medicine that appears to have been needed, and no bed (they said it was soaked due to a busted pipe) but the lady said she couldnt find it. ***** herself now has four elbows devoid of hair and calloused, indicating to us that she has been without her bed and laying on a concrete floor her entire stay, plus she was never given her Apoquil.
