Had an appointment scheduled to see a house with a ***************************, told us 11:30 is when the showing was, he texted us asking to send him a text at 11:15 to let him know if we were still coming we did so, at 11:27 he texted us that he had another appointment and wouldn't be able to do the original 11:30 time, said we could do the next day at 3:00pm, we said ok, then he texted us back saying somthing along the lines of "oh its wensday I'm all booked up" it'll have to be Friday. Really just giving us the run around, not sticking to his word. And he is impossible to get in touch with he won't answer my calls or anything.Business response

On Monday August 22, I had a text exchange with Complaintant at 3:14 P.M. in which I proposed we meet at 11:15 on Wednesday August 24th. Complaintant responded to the proposed time with a text reply of 'Perfect!'. On the Wednesday the 24th, Complaintant texted me at 11:15 to say they would arrive in 15 minutes. I had a busy schedule that day and had another appointment at noon. In order to allow myself enough time to make my next appointment, I offered to reschedule with Complaintant the next day at 3:00. That text was at 11:33 on Wednesday August 24th. As I was confirming the time with Complaintant at 11:41 on Wednesday August 24th, I noticed I had looked at Friday on my calendar when I offered 3:00 the next day. I immediately texted Complaintant that Thursday was full and offered 3:00 Friday. That text was at 11:42 August 24th. Complaintant never replied.
