*****************, owner, sent the below email. With no reponse. Manager stated "good luck", on getting in touch with him.I did speak with Mr. ***** this morning who was more than understanding and nice about the situation.On Sunday 3/26/2023 a delivery driver came out to my home to deliver an order from Frogs. The lady that I spoke with, whom from my understanding quit after this incident, was told to tell the delivery driver not to come down my driveway, I would meet them at the end of the drive as the driveway was fresh dirt and barriers were there keeping the water from the other side off the driveway off of it. The delivery driver got stuck in the driveway and busted one of the barriers down. ***** did attempt to pull him out with tow straps but was unable to because of the fresh dirt and water that had already started coming out causing deep ruts which destroyed the speed bumps that were used to redirect the water along with the barriers (the driver broke).At this time I'm not asking for the dirt to be replaced or any dozer work on your end to be done. What I am asking is that since the barrier was broken that the water be pumped back out.Someone is coming this week to complete the driveway and they can not do so unless that water is gone.I am trying to meet half way in the middle of this situation at this point.If indeed, you can't get someone out to pump the water that was broken from the barrier, then I will have the gentleman that is completing the driveway give me a quote for all the repairs and I will hold you and your business responsible for all damages.
