      I'm trying to build my credit, was told I could go online and view prequalifying for offers without affecting my credit score. Not true, I entered my information it stated that I needed more information to receive the results I did. Never received offers, but I did receive a HARD INQUIRY on my credit report. Called the branch inquiring about the hard inquiry when I was only searching for prequalifying offers. I was told I applied for a loan and there was nothing they could do. This is deception at its finest telling people it won't affect their credit but it does. Very disappointed.

      I recentlypurchasesd a vehile in june i got full coverage on the car fast forward its december they telling me i never had insecurence on the car they added **** to the car now my car note is 471 they telling me i have to pay 821 this month it was an error on there in the loan officer made the mistake i think thats wrong its xmas time they dont care somebody needs to no about this u dont treat good customers like this
