This is the same company as Nationwide tree care service both owned by ************************************I hired him to put a roof on my pergola, I purchased the materials that thought was needed leaning on him as a professional to know what is needed and how to install. It leaked heavy the first rain.I told him that because it was a pergola it has a flat rook and needs silicon between the sheets.Her sent the installer and I paid for the silicon and he said he added. but next it still leaks. I've given him the chance to fix it right, He says now he is using silicon tape and had a roll for me. Then when I followed up he want to charge me to fix it his work that wasn't installed correctly.He tried to argue saying he installed what I purchase. my response was "If any extra material needed you as professional are supposed to let me know and Ill pay for it. You didnt know what you were doing. No one pays for a roof that leaks unless you knew it was going to leak.and conceal it from me so you could charge more? Is that what you did? I said I would work with you, but I think you intended to do a good job but didnt realize just as I didnt about pergola roofs. Otherwise you would have said I needed to get silicone on it. Why make it a big deal. Now you know and can use it on many future projects. We can hire someone else to fix it. Not a problem .I've text him twice to let me know when he was able to come out so I can schedule my job around it.But I have received no response, my only conclusion is that is going to ghost me. I have no choice but to complain for incomplete work. No one pays for a roof that leaks.Also one of the pergola beams was broke when the said they added the silicone.
