8/28/2023 The speaker to be boxed and shipped off the next day. In about two weeks I received very small packages from **** I immediately Nae it was a problem. I have received a doormat saying my claim was denied. That I sent the wrong package.Ive been on the phone with the *** manager *****. I told her what happened. She already knew what happened and told me she would reimburse me. Nothing happened yet. I Have jobs to do and cant work until I get a speaker.Business response

I believe this complaint is regarding one of the local *** hubs and we are a franchise of The *** Store, **** a subsidiary of ***. We do not handle package delivery or claims for ***, we only handle claims for packages shipped out from our retail store. The *** customer service line is ************** and might be the best place to call for the customer to try to get this complaint resolved.
