I took my car into service at Arnold's Automotive due to a strange noise coming from my right rear axle. I left my care and asked for an inspection to fix and issues that might be related to the noise. They recommended front brakes/rotors/sensor/pads to be replaced and additionally a rear brushing that might be cause of the noise. They found some additional work that needed to be done to the exhaust, but since the exhaust wasn't installed at their location, they couldn't fix the exhaust issues. After spending over 4K to address the aforementioned concerns, the following day i had dashboards lights come on indicated a Chassis problem and rear differential lock problem. I took the vehicle back to the repair facility and they mentioned a potential axle replacement and/or ABS (anti-lock braking) sensor replacement. Few days later i ended up with an invoice for over $800, which i gladly paid thinking the issue was resolved. The following day (05/13/2022) the same lights came on the noise around the right rear axle had worsened. I did not feel same driving the car. I called AAA and Eurosport Automotive (EA) and had my car towed to EA. After careful and thorough examination of the car and the underside. They were mortified with the poor installation and craftmanship used to patch the car together. I am now paying upwards of 6K dollars to not only fix the issues that were the original problem but because of the poor and incompetent installation, i am paying for the damages occurred by Arnold's Automotive. Arnold's is claiming that i signed off the repair invoice knowing very well that it could be an axle issue but we will try and fix it with an ABS sensor. Agreeing on an alternative does not give the repair facility to perform negligent work. It does not give the right to the repair facility to put the driver in danger. There were axle bolts missing which could have resulted in an accident due to the wheel not properly secured to the axle. This is very upsetting.
