      On Jan 17th 2024 I called Diversified to ask a question about if and how much it would cost to add a driver to my policy. They were busy at the time and said they'd call me back. They never called me back so I called them the following day. I spoke to ***** ******* and asked if she found out if and how much it would cost to add my daughter to my policy. She said she added my daughter to my policy and that her and ****** ***** paid the $35 fee out of their own pockets. I told them I didn't agree to that. I only wanted my question answered because had it cost I never would have added her to my policy. Now I've received a bill for $171 for which I couldn't get an explanation for. Then I received another bill for $35 which was for adding my daughter that I never authorized. And why would I be billed if nith ****** and *** stated they paid that fee out of their own pockets? So with all these changes and now fees for the unauthorized changes made without my knowledge or consent, I lowered my coverage from full coverage to liability after I just renewed my full coverage policy on Jan 4th. As of this date (2-13-24) my policy is under cancellation. I'm told I have to pay $110 for I don't know what before they can even tell me how much a month my liability coverage will be. ****** ***** is not even licensed and is the one making changes to my policy. I'm not sure what is going on but something needs to be done.

      ****** ******* was the one who administered the change & paid the premium.  ****** ********* is a part time employee in the office & she is not licensed.  ******** **** did ask for her Daughter to be added to the policy.  This produced a $33.00 endorsement fee.  ****** paid the $33.00 for the client.  The 1st payment on the file has not been paid since it renewed, & the policy is cancelled.  The premium was $67.65 & that is the outstanding balance.  The agency completed all request made by ********* ****.  This was made by ****** *******, licensed emplyee.

       The only reason a payment is due is because she did not make her 1st payment on the renewal.        February 21, 2024
