Our heater went out during the first cold front of the fall. ****** from Legacy came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem in no time. Our system was back in action in no time. Sale person is Jamie ******, spent time review the different size units and cost. We finally settled with the 17 seer unit and set a date for install. Jamie made this a very simple process. Jamie came out and gave me a quote. The next day the installers were there at 9 a.m. or a full HVAC install. Two hours after they finished, quality control came out and inspected the unit. Jamie followed up with me make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have earned their good reputation.
