This place is borderline criminal. Rent has gone up over $200 since the new management team took over. We pay $130+ in water when we own a 1 BR and 1 bath. They take into consideration all the town homes for the "shared water" expense. They let residence leave dog f**** everywhere. They also signed a contract with a valet trash company and forced you to pay for it even though it wasn't in the initial contact. They don't even pick up the trash 95% of the time. Would not recommend this location, especially if you have kids or dogs. Borderline criminal.Initial Complaint

I moved out of this apartment complex Unit **** on 8/15/2022 and as of today 10/11/2022 still have not received my security deposit balance due of $286.76.A voicemail was left for me on 9/17/2022 that my security deposit was being processed by corporate and will be mailed but it's now over 3 weeks and I have not received the funds.my forwarding address was provided multiple times before I moved out and after.Customer response

They do not respond when I reach out for assistance. The most recent instances are me need help setting a payment method and it processing incorrectly, me noticing the error then reaching out again for assistance and still no response. I did not get a single response until July 11th stating my payment was returned and they changed the way I need to make monthly payments. The drop off for physical money orders is not accessible since it is locked inside a building. I should have until midnight on the third to make my payment. I offered bank statements as proof the funds had been available the entire time and every instance that I had attempted contact and did not receive a response. Now this month I have not received a bill and cannot login to the account due to management changing. They put a letter on doors late in the afternoon on the third explaining the management change and me needing an employee to verify my email address to login to the portal. Ive called, requested chats, emailed multiple times daily and still have not heard from office staff. They need to respond as well as I am request to prior method to be eligible.Customer response
