Member #: ****** I bought a jeep at auction and paid all fees within moments. Truck was delivered next day with no paperwork. 5 weeks later I call to find out where the title is and see an invoice for $20 mailing fee. **************** says I requested the title. Then she (customer service) tells me the title was mailed. Cant give me a mailing date, says there is nothing more she can do, wants to transfer me, puts me on hold for 20 minutes. Another lady answers the phone says they blindly transferred the call to her, so I start over. At least she can tell me the title was sent ***** so I at least I now know the title was sent, but to an old address I have on file. After another 20 minutes on hold I was hung up on.So, as in the subject line I ask; **** Copart a scam?Ive never had an issue with any other Copart location. Ive never even heard of someone being charged outside of the auction fees for the same vehicle.

Attached are the emails that I've written to them and they have only responded to me once. They are charging me for a mistake that was on there part. The copies of emails I've attached explain my problem very detailed and also the exhibits I attached to them as evidence. Please help me resolve this matter as I feel they are being very unfair. They have not had the courtesy to even respond back to me.

I won a bid on ****** Corolla 2013 that ****** it "Run and Drive" with lot number ******** on Fri. Oct 15, 2021. I paid a total of $3,628.40 for the vehicle. Unfortunately, when my shipper picked up this vehicle from the yard, it was fork-lifted because the front tires were bad. After the tires were fixed and he tried to drive the car, he discovered the transmission was terrible as it could not move under his power. The shipper notified me, and I contacted the yard immediately on Oct 22, 2021. It was less than 24hours after he picked up the car. The representative tried to bring the manager (*********************) into the conversation. Still, he refused to speak with me instead asked me to send an email to *********************************** for documentation, and any of the senior management would get back to me before the end of the day. I did not get a response back, and I called back on Oct 25, 2021. The representative again told me probably because it was a Friday and I would be replied that Monday. Again, I did not get a reply, and I called back again on Wednesday, Oct 27, 2021; the representative kept saying the same thing without giving me a timeline of when the mail would be attended. It became apparent that nobody was addressing the issue, and I was about to run at a loss because of their false information on the vehicle. Additionally, the title of the car is with Copart as they have not released it. I want this issue resolved and have my money refunded while I ship back their vehicle.
